Printing Process

UV digital printing can be applied to all materials and can be printed in multiple colors. Among them, pure cotton and polyester-cotton canvas bags have the best effect, and chemical fiber materials are most suitable for sublimation.

Screen printing can only print single colors, which is relatively limited. The effect is best on polyester-cotton materials, but the effect on pure cotton and chemical fibers is poor.
Thermal transfer printing supports printing of finished bags, and logos can also be customized for small batches. Canvas bags made of pure cotton can be printed in multiple colors.
Dye-sublimation is very effective for customers who require full-color printing patterns on canvas bags. This technology is high-end and can only be applied to chemical fiber materials to achieve the best quality and effect.
